Solid Waste Facilities

The Lannert Group has over thirty years of experience in the solid waste field. Beginning with Settler's Hill in Geneva, Illinois (our backyard) in 1978, the firm has completed assignments on new sitings and expansions for solid waste facilites and multiple transfer stations. Our clientel has ranged from Fortune 500 companies to small independent waste haulers. Criteria 3 of SB172 deals with land use compatibility. Our reports address land use character, the overall apperance and final end use. Undulating natural landforms with berms and plantings at the base transition and connect the facility to the ground. Through photo-realistic images the impact on the character of the surrounding area is evaluated.
